Formal written notices to Wavy
Send trackable mail or hand delivery to Wavy Rentals, LLC, Attn: Legal Notices, 315 Mallery St, St. Simons Island, GA 31522, with an email copy to Matthew@WavySSI.com. A notice should identify the sender, booking or transaction, facts, requested remedy and supporting documents.
Urgent operational or safety notices
Call (478) 396-9103 immediately after contacting 911 when emergency services are needed. A phone report should be followed by a booking-linked written record when reasonably possible.
Notices from Wavy
Wavy may send transaction notices to the email, telephone number, My Trips account or delivery address supplied with the reservation. Marketing communications remain separate and optional.
When a notice is effective
- Electronic notices are received when Wavy’s designated system records delivery in readable form, subject to any non-waivable rule requiring another method.
- Trackable mail and hand-delivered notices are received on documented delivery to the notice address.
- A cancellation or trip-change request does not alter the reservation until processed under the controlling cancellation policy, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
- Deadlines use America/New_York time at the St. Simons Island delivery location.
- Keep proof of sending and delivery. Do not include full payment-card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents in ordinary email.
Address and authority limitations
The business address above is the current mailing and legal-notice address published by Wavy Rentals, LLC. Publishing it does not replace any method of service of process required by law, identify a registered agent, or waive objections to jurisdiction, venue, sufficiency of process or service.
Wavy may update its contact information prospectively by posting a revised legal notice. A change does not defeat a notice properly sent using the contact information in effect when it was sent.
