The posted number is the test
The county rule is based on the street’s posted speed, not how fast traffic happens to be moving. PTVs may operate on public streets posted at 25 mph or less.
A legal street does not make every crossing legal
PTVs may not cross roads that are part of the state highway system. Use the county map and your Wavy briefing.
Seats are not suggestions
One person per designated seat; each occupant must use the fitted belt. Children follow child-restraint requirements.
The path is not a cart lane
PTVs are prohibited on sidewalks and bike paths. Use a legal street or park the cart.
